Eligibility for Returns Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items should be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items Custom-mixed paints and clearance items are not eligible for returns.
3. Return Process Step 1: Contact our customer service to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Securely pack the items and include the original invoice.
Step 3: Ship the package to our designated return address provided by our customer service team.

Elegance Desire Silk Touch for Karachi and Sindh
Elegance Desire Silk Touch is a premium interior emulsion that delivers an elegant silk finish with long lasting beauty. Designed to resist stains and everyday marks, it helps maintain neat and attractive walls in living rooms, bedrooms, offices, and other indoor spaces. Its advanced antifungal formula protects painted surfaces from fungus and algae, making it a dependable choice for a wide range of interior environments in Karachi and Sindh.
The paint provides excellent washability, allowing most everyday stains and dirt marks to be cleaned without affecting the finish. Its smooth appearance enhances interior walls while offering lasting colour performance and durability. For projects requiring another quality interior coating, SPD Semi Plastic Emulsion is also suitable for application on walls, ceilings, cement surfaces, concrete, plaster, chipboard, and hardboard.
Application
Elegance Desire Silk Touch can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray equipment. Dilute the paint with clean water before application. For roller application, add approximately 25 percent water. For brush application, use around 55 to 80 percent water depending on the surface and working conditions. Applying a coat of Berger Interior Water Based Primer before painting is recommended for improved adhesion and finish. Wash all tools and equipment with water immediately after use.
Coverage
One litre of Elegance Desire Silk Touch typically covers 13 to 16 square metres per coat, depending on the condition, texture, and absorbency of the surface. Under normal conditions, the paint becomes touch dry in about one hour, while additional coats can usually be applied after 2 to 3 hours.

Surface Preparation
For the best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, loose particles, or dirt. Where there is a risk of lime bloom, salt deposits, or efflorescence, apply Berger Interior Water Based Primer before painting. Previously painted surfaces should be scraped, sanded, and cleaned to remove any loose or flaking paint. Powdery or chalky surfaces should also be primed before the final paint application.
Safety and Storage
Store the container in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat and freezing temperatures. Always keep the lid tightly closed and the container upright after use. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical advice if irritation continues.
