2. Shipping Charges Standard Shipping: Free for orders above PKR 5000. For orders below, a nominal fee of PKR 200 is applied. Express Shipping: Charges vary based on location and order size.

3. Order Tracking Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS, allowing you to monitor your order's progress in real-time.

4. Shipping Partners We collaborate with top logistics companies to ensure your products are handled with care and delivered promptly.

5. International Shipping Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to addresses within Pakistan.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items should be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items Custom-mixed paints and clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Step 2: Securely pack the items and include the original invoice.
