VIP Super Gloss 1 Coat Enamel

Scope Berger VIP Super Gloss 1 Coat Enamel is a high-quality, fast-drying enamel formulated with advanced low-VOC technology and premium resins. Designed for excellent one-coat coverage, it provides superior hiding power while reducing application time and environmental impact.  Uses Berger VIP Super Gloss 1 Coat Enamel is suitable for both interior and exterior use. It can be applied on metal, wood, and properly prepared or primed ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces. The coating offers good resistance to moisture, mild chemicals, and everyday environmental conditions.   Surface Preparation All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and rust before applying the paint. Loose, blistered or flaky paint should be removed by scraping. For priming, Berger Plastron Primer/Red Oxide Primer/Synthetic Undercoat is recommended, depending on the surface.   Application Procedure  Berger VIP Super Gloss 1 Coat Enamel can be applied with brush, roller or spray. To obtain desired viscosity, thin up to 5-10% by using good quality mineral turpentine (white spirit).   Drying Time VIP Super Gloss 1 Coat Enamel surface dries in 3-4 hours and hard dries in 20-24 hours.   Coverage 9 – 11 m2 per litre per coat   Packaging  0.91 and 3.64 litres   Safety Precautions The container should be protected from extreme hot and cold temperature. It should be properly closed and kept in an upright position after use. In case of contact with eyes rinse with water and seek medical advice.
